                            My name is Andrea Ward. I am 31 yrs old & my qualified trade is hairdressing, which i do on a very part time basis at home. I have been married to my wonderful husband Anthony for 10 yrs in which time we have produced 2 gorgeous boys, Cooper 7 & Fletcher 22 mths.

We have recently booked a holiday to Fiji our 1st holiday since Fletch was born.

This is one of the reasons Caidia appealed to me.

Back in January i was invited to a friend’s Caidia Handbag party which is where i met the fabulous Kate. It wasn’t one of those typical invites where you try to think of an excuse not to go, i was really excited & called a few friends to come along with me. I loved what Kate told us about her passion for her product and of course how beautiful they were.

I bought one instantly & Kate made a date with me there and then for an interview to become a consultant. After a chat with my hubby we decided that given I don’t have to out lay any money, (besides the bond, that of course we get back if we decide it’s not for us) & the fact that i can choose what day/night i chose to work, id give it a crack!!

It was a huge challenge for me given that i have been hairdressing for 15 yrs, this was something completely different and new. I love handbags myself so I’m going to give this new direction a shot. I’m not in it to make massive bucks just a little extra would be wonderful, make some new friends along the way. Maybe even give Kate some feedback on what the customers like and give some ideas so she can keep up the great designs. I love the idea of more product lines like the scarves they are awesome, wallets & jewelry and who knows what next, I’m sure she will always keep us on our toes.

So for now I’m just taking each party as it comes , getting to know the stock, being comfortable in front of people and excited about what the future could hold for this company whatever that may be, because for now it suits my family life to do this part time but that’s the beauty of it but who knows what happens down the track. I’m sure the opportunities will be endless, after all I’ve met Kate...

 First I'd like to say a big thank you too you Kate for taking me on board with you. Very happy to work for Caidia Design and you gorgeous Kate!!!!! and that I can be myself that is very important to me!!!! I had my first party on sat 21st march i was so happy about going to my 1st party!!!!. It felt good being out there and selling Caidia bags!!! I think the bags are gorgeous and I'm not just saying that!!! I mean it from my heart!! Doing party plan is good for me as I have a 16 month old baby because I dont have to work every day!!! I work around me, thats why I think Caidia is great for me. I will try to do my best for me and Caidia. I will love to build up a team, but I will take 1 step at a time trying to get as much party bookings a week!!!  I hope for 2 party a week!!!

My name is Donna Burton and I am a consultant for Caidia party plan, and I love it!  

I am a mother of two, with my eldest just turned four!  I am married and have a nice sized mortgage to pay, so I have to work to be able to survive!  I started doing party plan with Caidia in December, so I am still quite new to this business but so far I find it the most rewarding and socially enjoying job I have ever had!  

Before joining Caidia my only job was working at one of the local supermarkets, working only the hours that my husband would be home to be with the children.  Even though the hours worked around my husbands work I always found that I was working all late night shifts, starting at 7pm (just before my children are going to bed) and getting home usually after 10.30pm (when my husband was in bed asleep!) And I would have to do those shifts at least 4 times a week just to get enough money to survive.  

With Caidia I can choose what days I work and the time that I am away from my children and my husband! I still work at the supermarket a few nights a week but I am able to do my parties as well!  

I love Caidia’s range of bags and how you don’t have to be a handbag fanatic to be interested in any of the products!  There is such a broad range of bags to suite all kinds of women young and old.  

When I get told that we have a new range coming in I get so excited and can’t wait to see what I will be selling next!  

I love the feedback from all of the local girls when I see them up the street and ask them if they are happy with their new bag, it’s I great feeling to be selling something that people really want, and use everyday!  

I hope to be with Caidia for many years to come and maybe even be able to build my own team one day soon!  

Oh yeah and I love being my own boss!!!!!

I first came accross Cadia while looking to host an exclusive handbag party in Warrnambool. None were available, so with futher investigation and cyber stalking (lol) I took the plunge and emailed interest to become a consultant. Kate called me back within an hour, I was shocked to say the least, she was so energetic and believed in her product, it didn't take me long to sign on the dotted line.

After a long drive to Ballarat, we met and I was so impressed at how down to earth Kate was and easy to talk to. So we chatted and after finding out that rats ate baby bunny's and India begging me to look for a pony for her I packed up a box of bags and headed home. Unpacking the box was like Christmas, the deeper I got into it the more excited I was.  By the time I had examined every piece inside and out and tried it on a million times to see how it looked on me, I was adamant that I made the right decision to become a consultant.

Although I haven't had my first party yet, it is not far away and already I have interest from a number of people. I hope to host at least 6 parties a month to help fund my horse habit. My best friend and I are going to Europe in August and I know how much I would like to take with me and I know it will be easier with Cadia. I am already thinking about the future, I have such an opening here in the south west that I am looking to build a team as well as building my parties up to a high demand, I want to be inundated.

I have 2 boys, although technically 3 if you include my other half.  Riley is 6 and Ryan is 3, so life is busy. I do work 3 days per week and study but I love people and all things that are fashion.  If I could stop losing my designer sunglasses I would be happier.  I need to stop buying shoes, but I never have the right pair for that special outfit.  I live in Codrington, 1/2 way between Warrnambool and Portland and, as I have mentioned, have horses. I have had the privelege to travel to some wonderful places both in Aus and Overseas with horses and best of all fully funded!!!  I currently have a quarantine shipment of 10 going to Dubai next week.

Why do party plan I hear you ask. I think I have answered that already, I love to party and I love people and I love everything fashion. Although you wouldn't know it if you turned up at my place on my days off, seriously need to work on that one. Anyway, hope I havent bored you....................will get to meet all the other girls soon, I hope.
