DO CAIDIA BAGS COME WITH A WARRANTY?

If your Caidia handbag fails as a result of defective materials or workmanship under normal use, we'll repair or replace the part(s) in question - in the first 60 days of having the bag just call our customer service line and return your bag to Caidia, postage paid, together with your proof of purchase and a short note to explain the problem. We'll send it back to you ASAP.
If we believe the fault occurred as a result of ‘abnormal' usage or is a result of natural wear to tear- we'll contact you and obtain your approval to repair the bag (if possible) at your expense.

IF I CHANGE MY MIND, CAN I CHANGE MY BAG OR RETURN IT?

Second thoughts? No dramas. Within 14 days of purchase you can exchange your bag for another Caidia item, or a credit note, providing your bag is unused, has the original tags attached and you provide your original receipt. If the item you now want is less in price we are sorry but we cannot refund you the difference so choose wisely.

MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED - WHAT SHOULD I DO?

In an ideal world, we'd deliver our beloved Caidia collections personally - we pride ourselves on fast deliveries as we know how much you want your bag. Unfortunately, we have to rely on middlemen. We have chosen the best delivery service in Australia TNT so things run smoothly 90% of the time. While your order should arrive within 3 / 7 days sometimes something might go wrong. If you believe that your order should have arrived please call us on 1300 90 66 44 and we will contact TNT and work out where your order is.

HAVE YOU RECEIVED A CARD FROM TNT - telling you that you have missed your order?

Sometimes it may take 48 hours for your delivery man to get back to you so please be patient, TNT want to do their absolute best by their customers and of cause so do Caidia.
Country areas may only have a delivery service twice a week - this is where the 7 days delivery time will be used

HOW DO I CLEAN MY BAG?

Spot clean exterior stains with lukewarm water and mild soap, then remove any soap residue with a damp cloth. For heavy soiling, lightly wipe with a damp cloth. Always dry in the shade. Never submerge your bag in water, this will cause mould to start forming. And don't ever let it be dry cleaned, tumble-dried, ironed, treated with harsh chemicals and detergents or scrubbed like a hospital floor.
