She sources the highest grade synthetic material to ensure the Caidia handbag collection wears well and withstands the daily grind. By using man made materials, Caidia is producing an animal-product free bag - an issue Kate feels strongly about.

Working closely with a small team in Australia and China means attention to detail is maintained and Caidia stays true to its belief in making quality, fashionable hand bags at an affordable price. Caidia handbag design is completed in Australia and manufacturing undertaken in China. Kate has a close, hands on relationship with her Caidia manufacturers and travels 2-4 times a year to spend time with the makers, working on product development, quality and sourcing new fabrics and hardware.

Caidia's seeks to develop strong relationships with its team and customers through a narrow and deep philosophy rather than shallow and broad one.
