With our attractive sales career home party plan, an average Caidia consultants can earn 35% on personal sales and bonuses (less GST). All party plan conslultants are expected to hold at least four parties a month

This should keep sales above $1000 and, if this is not possible, we can return your party plan kit and your bond.

An "active" party plan consultant is one that makes $1000 plus in sales a month and has a minimum of 4 parties in your 4 week forward program. All active partyplan consultants are eligible for sponsoring and team building home party plans as well as any other incentives.

PARTY PLAN SPONSORING AND TEAM BUILDING

Sponsoring and team building involves bringing new party plan consultants into the business. For each personal party plan consultant brought into the business, you earn a 5% bonus on all sales above $1000. As your team grows and you start reaching sales targets, you will earn even more. If you build a team of five, including youself, and create sales over $12,000, you receive an extra 3% bonus on total sales. At least five team members must have at least $1000 in monthly sales to be eligible for this bonus. 

HOME PARTY PLAN BREAK OUT TEAMS

If your partyplan teams breakout and start building their own teams and all minimums are met, you receive more bonuses on total sales for each team under you that is eligible for the $12,000 and over in sales bonus. For example:

• Level One: 
  • an average consultant earns 35% on all sales
• Level Two:
• • a team leader with no less than five active consultants in a team.
  • 5% cash bonuses paid on all active consultants for the month.
  • 3% group total sales cash bonuses 
• Level Three:
  • a senior leader with teams under her umbrella of leadership
  • all of the above plus
  • earning potential of even more cash bonuses on all group total sales under the leaders
